I built a sound system for a friend, and programmed Philips RC5 remote control into the microcontroller. I recently ordered this remote:

To program:

  • Press TV for 5 seconds until it lights up.
  • Type 15526 as code. Edit: I had to replace it with an almost similar one (a SRP5016; the previous one was SRP5018 apparently). Now it’s 13248. For him that’s enough, but it’s missing one button for another build.
